We’ll have a strategy session to get clear on your business objectives and vision, to understand where you’re at, and what needs to be done to get you where you want to go.
Planning
I’ll work with you to plan your marketing strategy over a certain timeframe, prioritising activities in order of importance and what will move the needle on your business
On-going coaching
Finally, we’ll have bi-weekly or monthly check in calls to ensure you stay on track and to discuss obstacles, opportunties and challenges on the way.
